QA/QC Introduction

We were established in 1985 as a developer and marketer of faucets and accessories. Over the years, check valve cartridges and flow regulators among others have been added to our product range. We persist with our mission statement of ”To provide the highest quality, lowest total cost products that meet or exceed our customer requirements in a timely manner.” The sequential QA and QC procedures are as follows:

1. A test and validation program was developed whereby all of our products are sampled and inspected. The results are submitted for comparison with test results.

2. Established a procedure to check products at all stages of the manufacturing process - raw materials, in-process materials, validated or tested materials, finished goods, etc. Besides, we have also developed a procedure which identifies the inspection and test status of all items at all stages of the manufacturing process.

3. There is a system that tracks in-process defects and other non-conformances. These records are used to analyze root causes and solve the problems.

4. We have established a Quality Manual, which is maintained as a means to ensure that products conform to specified requirements.

5. 100% inspection in assembly lines. All controls, inspections, equipment, fixtures, total production resources and skills are inspected to ensure they consistently achieve the required quality levels.
